JUTTA KELLENBERGER

Jutta Kellenberger

Jutta Kellenberger,
Senior Tao Instructor at Tao Garden

In 1987 Jutta attended her first workshop with Master Chia, after having first enjoyed the practical guidance of Taoist Master Mantak Chia’s books. Ever since both she and her husband Walter practice the Universal Tao system, which led them in 1997 to live, work and teach at Master Chia’s center, the Tao Garden.

In her own words "at the beginning I had difficulty feeling. I repeated the courses many times until my body understood what it had to do. I learned to enjoy the practice and didn't want to miss it in my life. However there where quite some blockages to overcome and I realized with  the years that the more energy we cultivate the more healing takes place.

From time to time I took on other practices of the Universal Healing Tao system. For example after a period of practicing breast massage and ovarian breathing I spent more time on Chi Nei Tsang, abdominal massage or meditation. With the years I could practice all the basic practices including Tai Chi Chi Kung and I learned to combine different practices together.

Looking back I see the value that the Healing Love practices have brought into my life and I can see this life transforming practices valuable for every woman".

Stages in Jutta's life:
1990: Instructor Training with Master Chia in New York.
1992: Chi Nei Tsang, abdominal massage practitioner
1995: Tai Chi Chi Kung I instructor
1999: Cosmic Healing I and Tai Chi Chi Kung II instructor
Jutta and Walter move to Master Chia’s center, the Tao Garden Wellness Retreat, in the north of Thailand.
2000: Master Chia announced Jutta to become Senior Instructor
2001: Jutta was announced to be Senior teacher for Chi Nei Tsang, abdominal massage.
2003: Jutta and Walter are leading instructors at Tao Garden, assisting Master Chia in his Summer and Winter Retreats in the instructor evaluation weeks.

Sexuality in Taoism

In the Universal Healing Tao system we learn a practice to transform  sexual energy (ching chi) into life force (chi) and spiritual energy (shen). Ching is the energy produced by the ovaries and testicles and it is the basis for self healing and spiritual practice.

In the UHT system the word "sexual energy" refers to the energy produced in the sexual organs, it is not good or bad. Through the practice we learn to feel it and guide it up into our brain where all the hormone producing glands are. We practice in single cultivation first until we have mastered the practice and then cultivate in dual cultivation with a partner.
