The Microcosmic Orbit: Innovations and Discoveries, polishing the basics

As the doorway to the entire Universal Healing Tao system, the Microcosmic Orbit Meditation encompasses the foundations for the entire path of Taoist inner alchemy, chi kung, martial arts and healing.  Advanced practices rely on a continuous polishing, deepening, and perfection of the basic skills and principles.

Jampa Mackenzie Stewart will present an in-depth exploration of the Lower Dan Tian from the Taoist, Zen and Tibetan Tantric Buddhist practice traditions; alternate pathways for Microcosmic Orbit circulation; perspectives of the inner meaning of energy meditation as a practice for true spiritual awakening and returning to the Source – Wu Chi.

The Inner Structure of Tai Chi: Tai Chi Chi Kung I Revisited

Tai Chi Chi Kung is the dance of the Tao. Through our practice we discover a way for understanding and applying the Taoist core principles of Yin and Yang, Five Elements, and Eight Trigrams within the experiential laboratory of our own body.

This simple form is the deepest and most profound of all moving Chi Kung styles.  It is a vessel that we can fill with the wisdom and skills from all the other systems that we have learned, condensed into one easy daily practice.  In this experiential presentation we’ll explore these meanings and apply our yi – intention to bring them into the flow of our movement and our life.
