Harald Xander
Harald Xander started practicing the UHT in 2002 at the age of 40. From the start he was fascinated by Chi Nei Tsang. This fascination opened him the door to the system as a whole. It also encouraged him to give up his professional career as marketing manager in the paper industry.
He began to offer coaching programs for small companies, teams and individuals. Simultaneously he spent a lot of time practicing Chi Nei Tsang. Still worrying about whether the different threads of his life once would ever be yarned together, one of his companions gave him some strong advice: “Just try to coach the enterprises the way you are dealing with bellies, and practice Chi Nei Tsang the way you are consulting companies!” Good advice! This is what he is doing now.
Since Harald is convinced that even our universe should be treated as one big, beautiful and very emotional belly, he appreciates the exchange with other practitioners and to promote the benefits of Chi Nei Tsang. In 2008 he founded www.chineitsang.de, a free German knowledge portal and information platform. In 2009 he introduced Chi Nei Tsang to Poland, where he is seeking to build up a strong community of practioners.
Harald holds a University degree in Slavic languages and philosophy. He is a dedicated swimmer and actor. Since 15 he has been a member the Playback Theatre Company “Respekt”. Playback Theatre, also called “Theatre of the Heart”, is helping people to heal emotionally by reflecting their stories in a spontaneous acted performance. The experiences deriving from Chi Nei Tsang and from this very special kind of theatre work are quite complementary.
During his workshops Harald wants to share the insights, attitudes and exercises which he feels support the healing process most efficiently.

"Healing is about coaching someone else through something normal and natural that has been experienced by others time and time again." Gilles Marin
My workshop is dealing with a basic question: How Chi Nei Tsang practitioners can benefit from experiences of professional coaching? I want to follow the map Gilles is suggesting when he states “There is no healing without confusion”. How can we share confusion with our CNT partners without getting confused by our own?
Easiness is a good point to start with. Easiness can be taken as the Yin side of the metal element. So it is very near to emotional intelligence and feeling.
I would like to provide the participants with some insights and exercises which can promote easiness in healing processes. Some of them originate from theatre training others are basic verbal and non-verbal coaching tools.
In order to strengthen the metal element I will include breathing exercises and experiments with touching and being touched.
